Status
A status relates to a corporation's ability to utilize Depat to issue, assign, and/or re-assign pre-Initial Public Offering (IPO) and/or IPO stock to individuals, organizations, and/or entities so they can receive credit, cash, and/or can earn, trade, and/or sell stock.
Status ratings are assigned as one of the following:
Green
Good.
The issuing, assigning, re-assigning, and/or trading of stock is commencing.
Yellow
Slowed for authentication.
The issuing, assigning, re-assigning, and/or trading of stock may require extra confirmation from Depat before completed.
Red
Indefinite halt.
The corporation, or Depat, has indefinitely halted the issuing of a corporation's stock.
Status ratings are assigned as one of the following:
Green
Good.
The issuing, assigning, re-assigning, and/or trading of stock is commencing.
Yellow
Slowed for authentication.
The issuing, assigning, re-assigning, and/or trading of stock may require extra confirmation from Depat before completed.
Red
Indefinite halt.
The corporation, or Depat, has indefinitely halted the issuing of a corporation's stock.
Absence of a status
Corporations which no longer have a Green Status, or which had a status and are now unsearchable in our listings, are typically due to one or more of the following:
A change from a status to a "no status" may occur if new and material circumstances arise, the effects of which preclude satisfactory analysis, if there is no longer available reasonable and up-to-date data to permit a judgment to be formed, or for other reasons.
All organizations who utilize Depat services first apply for status rating.
- The corporation's weekly compliance data submission to Depat, required in order to maintain a Green status of Good standing, was not submitted by the corporation.
- The corporation indicated to us that it merged with another organization, was acquired, was dissolved, or other.
- Essential data was not submitted by the corporation.
